Penguins Tumbl and Judge

So, the ad for my current Town Home has been posted for less than 24 hours

And the emails for people who want to know more information are pouring in. This place was a pretty amazing deal. I do worry about having to find someone to take it over, just in case something happens with the new house, and it falls through. I don’t want to be stuck with nowhere to live. But I don’t really have a choice since I will close on my new home at the end of February. Doesn’t give me any leeway to wait to make sure all goes well.
